Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return: Email info@delzi.space with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you  no return shipping required.
